Coaching is non-advisory, solution focussed and designed to move you forward rather than dwelling on the past. It’s a powerful method to help you improve, grow and develop and learn new skills and tools to manage your life more effectively.

You need to be committed to making the changes that are needed to undertake the journey. I can champion you, support you, encourage you to greatness, but I can’t do the work for you. And you don’t need fixing. I’m going to help you gently realize you are already enough just as you are.
While I have MANY recipes to share, I do not create meal plans for you. This is something a nutritionist or dietician would do. What I do instead is help you reconnect with your body, so that you can pay attention to what makes it feel good and what causes discomfort. After learning this, we can co-create a meal plan together if you feel a little structure would support you in the beginning. The way I see it is, a meal plan is just another diet. Ultimately, my goal is for you to never diet again, instead, experience food freedom so that you let go of the guilt, and create self-love, self-care and self-acceptance, all while achieving your personal health goals.
This is a life changing experience, and at times it can be intense and emotional. You need to be brave to face your challenges and do the emotional work needed to build a loving relationship with yourself and create a life you love. You may cry, although it isn’t compulsory.
